Stephanie is a passionate coach from the Midwest. When she is not fully immersed in coaching her clients, she enjoys a variety of outdoor activities like hiking, canoeing, and all things nature. She is a mother of 2 wonderful children who teach her so many things about life and love. She is able to utilize her personal and professional experiences to bring each client a warm, friendly, and genuine approach.

Her global coaching experience includes middle-level managers, senior managers, military, lawyers, and doctors. Stephanie finds profound meaning and fulfillment in making deep connections while coaching, facilitating and co-facilitating workshops.
Stephanie has dedicated herself to be the coach her clients deserve. That includes working hard to achieve the rank of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from The International Coaching Federation (ICF). Along with PCC, she is also proud to be an Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner, a Coaching Culture Facilitator, and has 2RL Course Mastery through Flatter Inc.
